Meet Your Therapist
I'm Rachel Lalanne, LCSW, a Connecticut-based therapist who believes the most powerful thing you can do for your life is decide it's worth tending to.
I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions — those moments when the version of you that got you this far doesn't quite fit anymore, and you're not yet sure who you're becoming. That in-between space is hard. I'm here for exactly that.
My style is direct, warm, and genuinely curious about you — not just your symptoms, but the full texture of your life. I ask the questions that move things. I don't do scripted responses or surface-level insight. I do real conversation that goes somewhere.
If you're someone who's used to figuring things out alone, who's strong, capable, and quietly exhausted by it — you're the person I had in mind when I built this practice. You don't have to have it figured out before you reach out. Showing up uncertain is more than enough.
Therapy with me is intentional, focused, and human. Because healing should feel like something, not just something you schedule.
